Alyson Lenz is the Assistant Director of the Strengths Program for the Clifton Strengths Institute and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. In her role, she manages the BSAD 111: Investing in Strengths course and the development and certification of Student Strengths Coaches through the MNGT 451: Strengths Coaching, Theory and Practice course. Alyson is passionate about student development and enjoys sharing best practices through coaching sessions, workshop facilitation, and teaching classes. Her focus is to implement a strengths-based education where students can invest in their strengths, performance, engagement, and overall well-being to gain confidence and direction in their next steps of life.
Education
Alyson received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
