Biography
As Director of the Business Career Center. I consult with employers to help them effectively recruit Nebraska Business students. I regularly meet with students to brainstorm their career strategy. As a lifelong Nebraskan, I especially enjoy the opportunity to learn what makes each community unique.
Before joining the College of Business in 2017, I served the University in several roles including experience with a career guidance software and a variety of positions within the career services field. My skill areas include employer outreach, staff/student development, career coaching, internship advising, assessment, and technology. In addition, I have served on national committees related to mentorship, training, technology, and ethical principles.
I earned my Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) and Bachelor’s in speech communications from Chadron State College.
