Apply for Global Experiences Scholarships
If you are applying for any study abroad program, we encourage you to apply for scholarships to assist with going abroad. Many students combine several small awards that add up to make a big difference.
To apply for College of Business specific scholarships, complete the MAPS Scholarship Application available on MyWorld. Scholarship deadlines include: October 1 for spring programs, February 1 for summer programs and March 1 for fall programs.

Business Abroad Programs
NEBRASKA BUSINESS FACULTY-LED PROGRAM
England: Nebraska at Oxford
July - August 2024
Have a standout international experience on this 4-week program at Oxford University this summer! Students enroll in courses in Economics and/or Shakespeare Theater taught by Oxford professors while residing in Jesus College, established in 1571 by Queen Elizabeth I. As the longest-running study abroad program at UNL, join the network of Nebraska at Oxford students in 2023.

• Class Credit: ECON/POLS 466/AECN 467/ HIST 479 and ECON 467 or ENGL/ THEA 386
Summer 2024
- Program and Scholarship Applications Deadline: February 1
Guaranteed $1,500 scholarship goes to the first 35 students to successfully submit commitment deposits to attend the Nebraska at Oxford Program. To submit a commitment deposit, you must complete an application (linked below) and be accepted. This scholarship is available to all students regardless of how they pay their deposit (debit/credit card, money order, check or commitment deposit deferment agreement). Please note that the maximum amount of financial support that a student can receive from the College of Business is $2,500.

NEBRASKA BUSINESS ABROAD PARTNER PROGRAM
France: IAU College Summer in Aix-en-Provence
Fall/Spring Semester
Situated in the quaint south of France, Aix-en-Provence is a magical French village rich with culture and a long heritage of fantastic cuisine. Join students at IAU College in learning the culture, language, and business practices of France in this program. Part-time internship placement is available (prior French language knowledge is required).

NEBRASKA BUSINESS ABROAD PARTNER PROGRAM
Japan: Senshu University
Fall Semester
Students will learn about Japanese business, culture and language in this Fall Semester program located close to the heart of Tokyo. Live on campus with a Japanese student and participate in a weekend homestay! No prior Japanese language is necessary.
• Credit Hours: 17
• Class Credit: BSAD 491 (6 credit hours), JAPN and MODL (credit hours and course number varies based on language level)

Spain: Nebraska in Barcelona
Summer 2024 | Fall/Spring Semester
Barcelona is a city full of whimsical architecture, excellent cuisine and unique history. Join students at IAU College for a semester or the summer in learning the culture, language and business practices that make this city the only one like it in the world. There is a summer extended internship placement option available (6-week, 9-week or 12-week). No prior Spanish language is necessary.
