Rooms have been reserved for all participants and speakers at The Graduate Hotel Lincoln (141 N 9th St, on the corner of 9th and P St; see map). Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Most students will arrive on Wednesday, October 20 and depart on Sunday, October 24, but late arrivals and early departures are also possible. Students will be accommodated in double rooms, and single rooms have been reserved for faculty and plenary speakers. Ask for a WoPhyS room when checking in!

Arrival at Lincoln airport:
The hotel shuttle bus can pick you up and bring you to The Graduate Lincoln hotel. Please email us your arrival and departure date and time and we will make sure the shuttle is waiting for you outside the terminal building. Alternatively, use the courtesy phone in the lobby of the airport (402-475-4011) to arrange a pick up. The trip to the hotel is short, 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Arrival by car:
The address of the The Graduate Lincoln hotel  is 141 N 9th Street. You may call the front desk if you need directions (402-475-4011). Parking is available at the hotel (fee).

Conference Registration:
A registration desk will be open in the hotel lobby on Wednesday, November 6 (6pm - 8pm). You will receive a welcome package including a conference program, pens, note paper, a T-shirt, a site map, and important conference information. A second registration desk will be available on Thursday and Friday at the conference venue.

Conference venues:
The conference will be held at the Nebraska Champion's Club, which is next to the Memorial Football Stadium - Home of the Huskers. The location of the Champions Club can be found on this map. On Saturday, the sessions will be in our brand-new Jorgensen Hall Building. We will provide a shuttle bus between The Graduate Lincoln hotel and the Champions Club/Jorgensen Hall before and after the sessions. The Champion's Club is also in walking distance from the hotel. (10 minutes easy walking).
