Interview Judging is an opportunity for 4-H members to talk to judges about their static exhibits and share their trials and lessons they learned. 4-H'ers also learn what the judge looks for and how to improve skills. Each interview will be different. You need to think of your interview as a conversation with the judge. The 4-H'er will begin the interview by introducing themselves and talk to the judge. Here is a list for you to use at home to practice giving your interview and several YouTubes from the Lancaster County 4-H.
