November 10-16, 2025 Summary

Temperature 

Temperatures were above normal in the majority of the region. The highest temperatures were greater than 15°F above normal across parts of central and western Wyoming and northeastern Colorado. The lowest temperatures were 0°F to 3°F below normal in eastern North Dakota. 

Temperatures in eastern and northwestern Colorado, scattered parts across Wyoming, parts of western and the panhandle in Nebraska, southwestern South Dakota, and parts of northwestern Kansas reached 16°F to 20°F above normal. The hottest temperature was 76°F in Pueblo, Colorado, which is 18°F above normal for the area. The lowest temperatures were 0°F to 4°F in eastern North Dakota. 

Temperatures in southcentral Nebraska and northcentral Kansas reached 3°F to 6°F below normal. The coldest temperature was 15°F in Alamosa, Colorado, which is 2°F above normal for the area. The highest temperatures were greater than 15°F above normal in central Wyoming and northcentral Colorado.

Precipitation 

Precipitation varied in the region, ranging from 2 percent of normal in all of Kansas and Nebraska, central and eastern Colorado, most of Wyoming, central and southern South Dakota, and eastern and scattered parts of western North Dakota, to 200 percent of normal in northeastern Wyoming. Blue Mesa Lake, Colorado received 1.09 inches of precipitation; most of it fell on the 14th. Drought continues in the region. D0 (abnormally dry) conditions increased from 39 percent to 41 percent. In the region, Colorado experienced the highest increase in D0 conditions by 6 percent.
