Elle Stecher is a seasoned marketing and communication professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including nonprofit, healthcare, hospitality and transportation. As of May 2024, she is the marketing and project coordinator for the Brain Injury Alliance of Nebraska. In this role, she excels in event management, social media marketing, online advertising, sponsorship relations and email marketing.

In addition to her role at the Brain Injury Alliance, Stecher is an adjunct course instructor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's College of Journalism and Mass Communications. She has been imparting her knowledge and expertise to students since August 2022, contributing significantly to their professional development in advertising and public relations.

Stecher's career journey includes a notable tenure at CompanyCam, where she held multiple key positions such as marketing manager for partnerships and events, awareness marketing manager and trade marketing manager. Her responsibilities included campaign development, programmatic media buying, online advertising, cross-functional team leadership and marketing analytics.

As a freelance advertising and social media consultant since May 2017, Stecher has honed her skills in media buying, marketing strategy, business acumen and data tracking. Her previous roles include marketing and project coordinator at the Brain Injury Alliance of Nebraska from November 2018 to September 2021, communications analyst at Nebraska Medicine and marketing assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln's University Health Center.

Stecher began her career with various roles, including assistant debate coach for Lincoln Public Schools, mentor for Lyft, marketing and design assistant for Flagship Restaurant Group and graphic lab technician at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Stecher holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Journalism and Mass Communications. She is known for her design savvy and ability to connect with diverse audiences. In her free time, she enjoys restoring vintage furniture pieces and indulging in mid-century aesthetics.
