Senior Design Showcase Team Registration

If you will be displaying/presenting your capstone project at the Senior Design Showcase, please register your team no later than Sunday, April 6, 2025. Late registration will be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

To participate and be eligible for this showcase, complete the following steps:

  1. Appoint a team contact person. Note that all future correspondence about this event will be posted through this website and/or routed through your team contact person.
  2. Work as a team to write a brief project description (250 words or less) to submit with your online registration.
  3. Submit a team photo and/or a project photo for use on the College of Engineering web-based platforms.
  4. You will receive more specific information about final presentation submissions and additional details in late April.

  • Team Members (other than the primary contact): First and Last Name, email address, major

We give permission for our project information, team member names, and photos/videos prior to and/or following the Senior Design Showcase to be used for promotions, marketing, stories, and other possible media.
