Grand Challenges Planning Grant Symposium 3: Community Voices in Health Equity
Mark your calendars for February 27, 2025, at Carolyn Pope Edwards Hall, Room 227. This impactful symposium will focus on addressing health disparities among minority, rural, low-income, and other underserved populations in Nebraska.
Poster Submission (Optional):
In addition to registering for the symposium, participants are invited to submit a poster to foster discussion and share resources on the following topics:
- Strategies for community empowerment to improve health
- Approaches for engaging underserved populations to enhance healthcare access and outcomes
- Health perspectives from community leaders/health workers in minority/underserved populations (e.g., Native, Black, Hispanic, rural, impoverished)
The poster size should not exceed 24 inches by 36 inches (either vertical or horizontal format is acceptable). If you wish to submit a poster, please complete the poster submission section within the symposium registration using the "Register Now" button above.
